Delete your account

← Back to the wall

For the Million Dollar Advertisement app and website, operated by Alkebulan Technology Company Ltd. Use this page to permanently delete your account and the personal data linked to it — you don't need the app installed. If you're signed in, you can also do this from Dashboard → Account.

What happens when you delete your account
  • Permanently removed: your profile, posts, stories, messages you sent, comments, likes, followers and following, Spider chats, and the photos and videos you uploaded.
  • Your wall squares stay sold — they can't be refunded or resold — but they lose your name and logo.
  • Kept, without your personal details: payment and payout records (amounts and references), because we must keep them for accounting and legal reasons.
  • Forfeited: any unclaimed Square Coin and referral earnings. Purchases are not refunded when an account is deleted.
  • This cannot be undone.
